Bingo card/Tic-Tac-Toe card challenge at Back to Basics and Beyond

For this week's challenge at Back to Basics and Beyond, you are to make a Bingo card/Tic-Tac-Toe card. I used Pink, Tag, and Twine.

PINK
PEARLS
LACE
TAG
FLOWERS
CHARM
TWINE
BLUE
BUTTONS

Stamp by Picket Fence Studios
Sentiment by Unity Stamp Company

For my card, I got out my gel press and I smeared some pink acrylic paint on it and then I had this little tool that is like a comb and I pressed it into the gel plate to make these lines. I colored the girl with my watercolor paints. I made my tag and added some twine at the top and around the tag itself. I hope you'll join us in our challenge at BBB.

Happy Bird-Day!

It's been awhile since I used vellum on a card. You can barely see it here, but it's a half circle. I cut it using my Gina Marie Designs x-stitched oval die then glued it onto the card. For the background I was playing around with my Copics refills and Yupo paper. I colored the flamingos with copic markers then added a little Stickles to their wings. I stamped the sentiment onto the vellum using Staz-On ink. That's the only ink I could get to dry without smearing!

Hello

I love this stamp set by Taylored Expressions and find that I don't use it enough. I decided to use it for this challenge at Color Throwdown this week using the different Oxide ink colors. The "Hello" is a die but I don't recall from where or who makes it.

Colors used Oxide Picked Raspberry, Tea Dye, Mowed Lawn, Shaded Lilac

Celebrate You

For this card, I drew this bear onto watercolor paper. I took Kristina Warner's watercolor class last summer and learned so much about watercolor and drawing! I added little white dots to his bow tie using a white Uni-Ball Signo Pen.

Little Red Wagon - Love it ( I love how my bear turned out after I hand drew him. I can barely draw a stick figure but with the help of Kristina Warner's watercolor class, I love how he turned out!)

Merry Christmas (even though its March 1st) lol

Happy March 1st!! Here it is March 1st and I dug out this new Christmas die I found on sale at Hobby Lobby last week. I've had my eye on it for awhile but at $24.99, I said no way. THEN, I just happened to see it marked down to $6.24. I could not pass it up. It's by Spellbinders.

For the background, I got out my gel press and put some acrylic paint on it, then swiped the paint over it using an old credit card to get this look. It kind of reminds me of a sunset :). Then I stamped the sentiment into Versamark and then added white embossing powder so it would stand out on the black. I am entering this in the following challenges this week:

Crafting by Designs - Silhouettes
Christmas at Sweet Stampers - Anything Goes
Cute N' Crafty Christmas - Challenge #7
Watercooler Wednesday - All About Occasions
Little Red Wagon - Love it (I am totally in love with this Christmas die!)
