Inspired by - Basket (I'm inspired by the basket in the picture)

Striped cake with double side tape heat embossing

I learned this technique over at Splitcoast. I took my skinny strips of 2-sided tape, laid them down on the cake and then put black sparkly embossing powder on top, pushed down with my fingers and then blew it dry with my heat tool. I had never tried this before and it was so easy!! You can see it done here. It's called Double Side Tape Heat Embossing. I used all stamps and the fringe die cut from Concord & 9th.

When Tim Holtz re-released his bunny rabbit with the glasses, I had to get him. I'm not sure where I got the dog die cut from, someone sent me some cut out and she didn't tell me the make of him. But isn't he cute?

I put my hummingbird feeders out today so I can't wait to see my first one. I know it's 3 weeks early, but everything is blooming so early this year plus a hummingbird was spotted in the next city nearby so why not?

I made this birthday card for Cindee in California. I looked on her Goodreads account to find all her fave books and put those on the books. This die cut is so easy to use and I colored everything shades of green.

 I can't believe it's March already. This means my hummingbirds will soon be arriving and I cannot wait!
