The lobster in the upper right corner reminds me of what we did this week. We went to our very first food truck, called Cousins Maine Lobster. They came to the town next to us and I have been dying to try a lobster roll. They were on Shark Tank back in 2012 and they got a deal. They have 20 food trucks all over the US. (see our pics below) It sure was yummy!! I read where they took $20,000 and it became a $20 MILION dollar company. Holy cow!!
