Holiday Wishes House Mouse Style

I've made this card several different ways using different sentiments. I used some Nuvo drops on the candles so it looks like their real candles dripping. I also used some Distress Mica flakes at the bottom. Tim Holtz says the trick to using the mica flakes is to just let them fall and leave them where they land so that's what I did! Some gold glitter for the star and it's done!!

I made this for a challenge at Splitcoast. We had to use aluminum foil on our card and I used it on this background, along with an embossing folder so I put it through the embossing machine.

This Pooh bear image is one of my favorites for this holiday season. I love to watercolor him and the tree and I add some Nuvo drops to the pots of honey and to the Christmas ornaments. I used a variety of different designer papers for the background.
