This is proof of who bought the LEAST

Judge for yourself :). Need I say more??

Joanie wins the grand prize (I think!). Joanie is in photo #1, Lesa is in photo #2 and I am in the last photo holding just 2 bags!! HA HA (FYI I had all of my stamps CRAMMED into 2 bags. I bought mostly unmounted stamps too)

I am in the latest JUST CARDS magazine

So look for it in a store near you!!! (I have 3 cards in it!! WOO HOO)

Back from the stamp convention in Springfield, MA ..

Had a fabulous time and got lots of new rubber stamps. I got mostly unmounted so even though it doesn't look like I got alot, I got quite a bit. Lesa took photos so I will post some as soon as I get them back from her. HURRY LESA! LOL When I landed Friday morning, it was 55 degrees. Oh did it feel good!! But that was short lived and soon got near 100 degrees the other days I was there. Lesa kept saying it never gets this hot on the cape. So why did it wait for me to be there? LOL

I have a few photos to post but like I said, Lesa took more than I did so I will add more photos when I can. Here are a few for now ...

This is day 1 of my stamp purchases.

Day 2 of my "loot"

And this is what Lesa's thermometer read on her car yesterday. It was hot!!!

We won our final soccer tournament!!!

We won 3-0. Nicholas scored the first goal by accidentally hitting in with his shin guard - LOL. We didn't care he accidentally kicked it in, just glad he did!!! Then we got 2 more goals after that. After it was over, they all poured the giant water can on the coach but I missed the photo op. Oh well. It was a great season and we had a great team this year! He has already signed up for the fall soccer league which will start in September but he will be with the "older" age group 13-15.

21 more days ...

until Emily gets her drivers license. Can you guess who is counting down the days? Not me I tell you that. LOL Yes, its Emily. Every morning she wakes up and tells me how many days she has till she takes her test. Yeah, we'll see.

We're in the middle of a bad heat wave. It reached 95 today and tomorrow's high is 98 I think I saw. No relief in sight for 2 weeks the news said tonight. YUK. I am ready for winter!!! You all know how I love (hate) the heat!!!!

Soccer will continue on into the finals Thursday night ...

Nicholas' team won tonight 6-2. He scored 3 goals which is the most ever in 1 game. WOO HOO Nicholas. Our next and final game is Thurs night at 7:15. Mount Pleasant (our team) plays against Bethel. Mount Pleasant has never won 1st place in the finals in this age group so let's hope we can pull it off... So exciting! I will take my camera and hopefully get some good shots.

Have you ever gone to the breast cancer website?

During the month of June, they are hoping to receive 8,000,000 (that's 8 million) clicks on their website and if they get that many, their sponsor, Bare Necessities, will donate $10,000 for free mammograms for those who can't afford them. Let's all click on this website once a day to help this great cause.
