My godchild Mindy has a dance recital coming up in a few weeks

I saw this money tree on this blog and knew I wanted to make this for Mindy, my godchild. I got the little pink striped tin at Target $1 spot around Valentines Day (I have a few so i stocked up). I used my new Stampin Up scallop punch and the new coordinating So Many Scallops SU stamp set. Do you like it?

Tornados were all around us last night

I was glued to the tv set last night. The news kept saying bad weather was coming so we took in the chairs from outside. I am not sure how many tornadoes actually touched down but they were pretty close by (within an hour of us). Luckily, we just got alot of rain and it was fine. Waiting to hear now how bad it was in other cities near us.

They are just the cutest. I believe the same company who makes the House Mouse stamps make these bear stamps. I just love them but haven't ordered any yet. Now I think I need to. I had 2 people send me images, thank you Cathy and Glinda. This is what I made.

I got a request for some Riley moose cards ...

how exciting this was for me!! LOL Anyway, my friend Amy's cousin's little girl Paige (who is 12) is a moose lover (how great is that?) so I made her a few cards she can hang in her locker at school or on her walls at home. I hope she'll be surprised when she gets them. Here they are:
