Here I tried a tri-shutter card read the this tutorial here and watch the video here over at Splitcoast. I made the smaller version and she put the measurements on there. It's really very easy once you get all the measurements correct. Took me a few tries but I got it on the 3rd try. My paper cutter is so old, a lot of the markings are rubbed off and if you don't get the measurements 100% correct, it won't fold right. So I had to go back with a regular ruler, measure and then do it that way.

To use 8 1/2" x 11" cardstock:
Trim cardstock to 5" x 10 1/2".Score at 1 3/4", 3 1/2", 7" and 8 3/4". Cut your lines horizontally at 1 1/2" and 3 1/2" from the first to the last score line.You will end up with a card that measures 3 1/2″ × 5″.
