This is for a challenge at Polka Doodle
http://polkadoodle.blogspot.com/ ... We had to make a card using either Happy New Year or 2013 so I used both :). I love this snowman by Purple Onion Designs. Sentiment and year is by A Muse Studio. Cardstock is brand new from A Muse Studio. I love the chevron cardstock!!
