Here is another stamp set I got at the big Concord & 9th sale last week. It's called Fringe Frenzy Kit. It was originally $52.00 but marked down to $15.60 so that is 70% off!! The fringe is peeking out behind this window. You can see how it's done here. You can either make the square into a birthday cake or a present. It wasn't hard to make at all since the fringe is a die cut!

As You Like It - Fave tip and use it on your project (I am loving this fringe die cut. To make this peek out from behind, cut a piece of cardstock slightly bigger than the actual hole and then glue the fringe onto that. Don't fluff the fringe until you get it attached).
