This is my favorite stamp set of all times. I am making this for all my friends/family who have summer birthdays. I've made several versions of this card already and each one is cuter than the next :). I followed this video by Julie Ebersole and it works perfectly.
The shiny paper I found at Michael's. I thought it was perfect for the pool "water". The paper is called "Foil Paper" and its with the other specialty papers at Michaels. It's by Recollections.
