Cards in Envy - Feeling Blue and Distressed

For the challenge at Cards in Envy this week, we are to make a BLUE card using Distress inks. For my card, I used the oxide inks by Tim Holtz "Salty Ocean". I smeared the ink on a plastic lid, then spritzed with water to get this background effect. I water-colored the dog with Jane Davenport watercolor paints.
