I got this stamp set last year at the Heirloom Stamp Show in W. Springfield, MA.
It's still one of my favorite stamp sets. I remember eating these red/white/blue
"firecacker" ice pops when I was a kid. This stamp set is by North Coast Creations.
I colored it with copic markers. I used "Sun and Moon" glaze on it
and I used glitter from Stampin' Up. I inked all around the edges with Stampin'
Up Watermelon Wonder ink.
