I found this tutorial on you tube and she makes it look really, really easy and it was. I love this digital image by Mo's Digital Stamps. You can find the image here and its called "Stars".
On the inside it reads:

Sherri, that is beautiful. I love the image on the front and you did a great job with the coloring. I haven't done a pop up card in ages - I will have to give it a try soon. Thanks for the link - I don't usually do digital but this image is too cute.
