This was so fun to watercolor. Sadly, Technique Junkies has gone out of business. It's always sad when a great stamp company closes. I have loved their stamps for many, many years!!

Believe it or not, this has a fun fold underneath the flower arrangement. It's called a camera shutter fun fold and it's super easy to make. I almost think it takes away from the flower arrangement but I used it anyway. The idea is to make something smaller to go inside it and I didn't realize how big this flower arrangement was. To make this background tie dye, I used this tutorial at Splitcoast Stampers. Only I had no white coffee filters, so I just used a baby wipe for each color and smooshed into each ink pad then dabbing on each color directly onto the watercolor paper. So fun and easy!!

Spring is just around the corner so I have put away my snowman stamps and out come my flower stamps, stencils and die cuts!!
Taylored Expressions came out with some perforated paper this week and I decided my texture plate would work just as good and it did!!

You can see this cute Easter stamp set here on Etsy. I used my ink blending brushes to color this image. The designer of these stamps used to be with Impression Obsession, they closed after 30 years (I think it was 30 years) and started her own line of stamps. She releases new stamps in her Etsy shop once a month and her shipping is FAST :).

It's my hubby's birthday today so our daughter flew in from FL for a few days. It's great to have her here even though it's much colder than at home. Went out to dinner last night and came back to a shark cake. That's what he wanted!!
I love this watch. I made the background corrigated by using my bone folder and just made indents in the paper to add a little bit of texture. (You can see it in pic below)
