Happy Birthday balloons

Here is another brand new set I got from The Greetery. I believe it just came out last week. For the stripes, I swiped my Catherine Pooler mini pads directly onto the paper and it worked great!! Tried to do the color of the rainbow in pastel colors. This is going to be a fun set!!
