Happy Birthday (turn the wheel)

I love to read and when I first saw this reading girl stamp by Stamping Bella, I knew I had to get it so I could make cute cards to all my reading friends!! I even gave her dress a shimmer using Ink on 3's Liquid Pixie Dust.
