Cards in Envy - Let's Play Dress Up (Halloween costumes)

Cards in Envy's second challenge for October is "Let's Play Dress Up (Halloween costumes). You can see the challenge here. All cards must fit into a standard size envelope for easy mailing. 

I made this sky background using my Tim Holtz Oxide Inks. Then just dropping water droplets on them and dabbing them with a paper towel. The Oxide inks really do make backgrounds easy!!
