Wish Big

I decided to make this same card using my new tiny circle die from Gina Marie Designs. If you haven't checked out her dies, they are very reasonably priced and they shipped them super fast. You can see the dies here. Lots of dies I had never seen before. This little circle die I used is called Dot Studs on Both Sides.
