Happy New Year challenge ....


At the Stamp Shack, there was "Make a new year card" with the words "Happy New Year" on the front of the card and this is what I came up with. Now, who will be the lucky person to receive this? I think I will mail it to someone today.. hmmmm, who shall it be? :)
