Red/White/Blue/Tan birthday cake

When I saw this cake at Splitcoast, I knew I had to CASE it. The cake pan and candles are stamps by Concord & 9th but I hand drew the cake layers. Watercolored it red/white/blue/tan and added some of splatters of paint.

For this challenge, I used the colors for my challenge.
